We request that you book as early as possible to get the best rate for yourself but also to allow us to better plan the event as a whole. We often find the late booking culture of Leaders to be problematic to balancing efforts. Even to indicate that you will be attending and outline your payment schedule could be enough for us to open extra places. It’s good to talk, so don’t hesitate to send us a message with your plans.
Event Balance
We operate a balancing policy to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to dance at the event. We allow a 15% difference between Leaders and Followers and have found this to be the ideal ratio across all of our events. It can be hard to have the ratio be reflected evenly across all aspects of the event as some people will not make the Friday workshops and others maybe too tired to social dance at the late night party.
Group Discounts
Get a group of 8 or more dancers together from the same club or region and benefit from our Group rate promotion. The promotion offers the SuperBird rate fixed all the way until the event.

• 8 or more members
• Dancers should be from same club or geographical region
• Group should be Gender Balanced
• Payments completed before June 15th
